Hey! I'm Nick Ferracuti. I'm a software developer, creative producer, and business guy.
I love to build, and I've been in the Toronto tech scene for 10 years, working in all kinds of roles at various startups.
Over the years, I've gained experience across the full tech stack—front-end, back-end, WordPress, databases—as well as in sales, marketing, and creative roles. If it's related to startups, chances are I've worked on it. I believe in the jack of all skills, so long as you work at them, and your work should speak for itself.
Outside of work, my passions are backcountry camping, playing guitar, cooking, and skiing.
🚀 Current Ventures
In 2020, I founded a creative ad-tech business that has grown into a profitable venture with a small team. We've partnered with notable clients like Uber, BMO, Amazon, and Tata, as well as international agencies and ad-tech companies like FCB and Perpetua. While the business now runs mostly independently, I still oversee our web development, maintain key client relationships, and lead select creative productions.
A mobile app created by celiacs for celiacs, providing resources, a supportive forum, and a real-time grocery scanner to improve the lives of those with celiac disease. We're powered by machine learning and our proprietary AI that analyzes a comprehensive dataset of food products. We've partnered up with Celiac Canada, Google Cloud for Startups, and the world's largest gluten free brand, Schar. I work as a full stack developer, and assist with business operations.
